shucchan,

What u guess was wrong... The closure did affected me too... Everyone too. Even so, I would have put myself in other's concerns.

Let's put it this way, try to put yourself in the bus contructor's shoe, would u wanna to the life of school kids in risk everytime u drive using the RC road, for the sake of self convernience and shorter way to school? In return, saving on the petrol/diesel expenses...

Again, knowing that there were metal bar at the BK link, which designed as per MPSJ guideline to prevent usage of heavy vehicle, it is basically impossible to access via that link... Once the RC road being closed, dun u think that as a bus driver, u should have do something and make alternative transport arrangement for the school kids to able to start their school as per normal timing... for the sake of short 3 months time.

Once again, if you aware that there have a metal bar on the road, would u still "kamikazi" to ramm against the bar....... :o Knowing that you have break the law if you do so...

So, conclusion, who the one really in fault in the present time??? Guess I did not need to mentioned here...

This news is from the bus driver's view point.
You may say it was not correct or irresponsible but it was happened to the bus driver.
If you may imagine a sign borad put up a few days before, I guess the bus driver could plan ahead with the new schedule and route, and the issue will not surface.

There might be the timing problem between putting on the signages and closing the RC road.....which cause some confusion to the drivers that days...

However, I would like to clarify that that bus conductor was well awared on the the opening of the BK link which will installed with metal bar that only permit light vehicle to pass thru' and also the closure of the RC road few weeks before the actual closure date...

In fact he was the committee member of the JKP Zone 23 and all matters concerning the BK link and the RC road were presented many times in the JKP meeting... PPTPJ have many times invite him for the discussion on the arrangement on the school bus transportation...he knew it all but refused to care.

What matter now is I knew that this bus conductor....is a arrogant, not-worthtrusting and irresponsible human being..... i would not want to have him as bus driver for my children....would u? I would not want him to be part of the JKP committee as well...... shame on him!!!

There seems too much of this thing here- to open, why open, to close, why close, etc. General consensus have been made and the decision is to open the BK link and close the RC Road (3 months) for repairs/improvements. That's it! Final. Period.

Now is to wait 3 months later for the RC to be open. Never understand all those whom have plenty to say on its after effect.

Whatever the case, adjustments have to be made on your travel planning in/out of TPJ and bear with it till October, just that have to monitor the progress from time to time.

Come on guys, stop bickering as its already final, make the best of what is ahead.

Kind regards.

Very, very simple solution...just kasi buang that STUPID BAR...no need to bising2.

Lets TALAM hire the security guard to block all the lorries and not the school bus. Why your guys are so sayang with that STUPIB BAR ??? I just dont understand. TALAM put that STUPID BAR because they want to save their money from hiring security guard.

I'm very sure this issue will goes on and on... same as what happen to the landfill.

talking is easy....but when comes to action.....bayang pun tak ada!!!

It did not make any sense now that we still debating on the "bar" issue.

Just wonder why nobody mentioned about the "blocks" on the RC road........ i would think for those hate "bar" so much so can go use the RC road by romoving the blocks.....which is much easier...

I think since the road has already become the public road, it is under MPSJ resposibility. If anyone want to remove the bar, may as well go to MPSJ and apply for it. Dont just shout on this forum, make effort yourself for what you want if you are not satisfied with the effort RA has put on.

Think it this way, if the bar is not up, MPSJ would not open the road because it is part of the condition and I think you are not allow to do road block at public road right? If the RC road not close, no construction will be done on the new road because of safty issue. And end up, we will have nothing. There are give and takes in everything. I still have doubt if TALAM can finish the new road within the time frame but at least RA has remove one of the "excuse" that TALAM may use to delay the project. So from RA point of view, they can put the total responsibilities back to TALAM now and monitor their progress.

I also working at TPM and had been using the exit for few months but I support the closure of the RC road for safety and better future of TPJ.

For information , so call 'STUPID BAR' was requirement of MPSJ when we are request to the Kinrara connection road. Without that the road may not be opened to us.

Thank you,
