PERMANENT CF READY FOR ALL COMPLETED HOUSES IN TAMAN PUNCAK JALIL PDF Print E-mail

Good news! Today 14 October 2008, I was informed by Mr Tan Bak Hai, the Senior Vice President of Talam / Maxisegar Sdn. Bhd., our developer, that the Permanent CF for all completed houses in Taman Puncak Jalil is ready. After a long wait, Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya has recently issued the Permanent CF, and now our developer is in the midst of delivering it to all affected house owners, and they are owners from Phase 1A, 1B, 2,3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 7B, 7C, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B and 9A.

Dialogue Session with Residents on 13 July 2008

The Dialogue Session with Residents was succesfully held on 13 July 2008 at Padang Permainan, Jalan PUJ 6/18. MPSJ was represented by two Department Director and 3 senior officers. Syabas and RapidKL sent in an officer each. Mr. Tan Bak Hai was there to represent Talam Corporation Berhad. Almost 400 residents attended the Dialogue Session even though it rained before the start of event. The Dialogue Session was reported in Sin Chew Daily and Sinar Harian Newspaper.

We started this site a bit sooner as we anticipated due to some problems with the old site; you will miss some of the data which was available on the old site but in the coming days we will add this data to the new site as well.

The Closure of ‘Roller-Coaster Road’ and the Completion of Permanent Access Road from Sg Besi-Puchong Highway to Taman Puncak Jalil.
 
Pleased be informed that the Temporary Access Road from Sg Besi-Puchong Highway a.k.a ‘Roller Coaster Road’ will be closed from Thursday, 20th July 2006 to make way for the contruction of our Permanent Access Road from Sg Besi-Puchong Highway to Taman Puncak Jalil. With the closure, all light vehicles will be diverted to the Link Road to Bandar Kinrara and heavy vehicles to the Kota Perdana-Equine Park Access Road.
 
The road will remain closed until the completion of the Permanent Acces Road which is expected to be ready by early October 2006 (3 months from July 2006) as promised by our Developer Maxisegar/Talam Corporation.

The completion of the Permanent Access Road from Sg Besi-Puchong Highway is very crucial to our Developer, as this is one of the conditions set by Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya for the approval of the opening of the Link Road to Bandar Kinrara, and it must be ready by early October 2006. The progress of the contruction will be personally monitored by the YDP of MPSJ and our Assemblyman, Yang Berhormat Dato’ Dr. Haji Satim bin Diman.
 
The Persatuan Penduduk Taman Puncak Jalil will regularly update all Residents and the relevant parties such as MPSJ and our Assemblyman.
 
We hope all Residents will be patient and abide by the road signs.
